The E-BikeKit Rear Wheel Conversion Kit (Battery Included) is a complete professional-grade rear hub motor conversion package designed to provide strong traction, flexible configuration, premium ride quality, and simplified long-term serviceability.
Built around the latest SINET™ electronics, this kit delivers quiet sine-wave motor control, refined throttle response, smooth pedal-assist performance, and an intuitive full-color display. The rear motor wheel is configured by wheel size, rear dropout spacing, disc-brake compatibility, and freewheel selection so dealers can match the kit to the bicycle, tricycle, cargo bike, or specialty cycle being converted.
This version includes the external SINET™ controller, E-BikeKit 48V 15Ah lithium battery, and 3A smart charger. The external controller can be mounted separately from the battery, giving installers greater flexibility when planning the battery position, controller location, and wiring layout.

Every E-BikeKit Rear Wheel Conversion Kit (Battery Included) includes:

Select your preferred pedal assist system:
- Cadence Sensor: PAS sensor with split magnet disc
- Bottom Bracket Torque Sensor: 68mm torque-sensing bottom bracket with required extension cable
Display Mounting Note:
This kit does not include a Topeak® BarXtender or other LCD display mounting extension. Most standard bicycle installations mount the display directly to the handlebars. Some bicycles and many adult tricycles may require an extension to properly position the display due to baskets, handlebar shape, or steering geometry. If required, the installer must supply an appropriate display mounting solution.
Battery Mounting Note:
The included battery is supplied with its standard mounting cradle. The installer must confirm that the bicycle or tricycle has a suitable mounting location and may need to provide additional mounting hardware or an application-specific battery mount.
SINET™ External Controller
The external controller design separates the controller from the battery cradle, giving installers greater flexibility when choosing battery location, controller placement, and wiring layout.
This architecture is especially useful for adult tricycles, cargo bikes, recumbents, and specialty applications where a conventional downtube installation may not be practical.

Rear Wheel Configuration
This rear wheel kit is built according to the selected wheel size, rear dropout spacing, brake configuration, and freewheel. These specifications must be confirmed before ordering.
- Wheel Size: Select the correct wheel diameter for the bicycle, tricycle, or specialty cycle being converted
- Rear Dropout Spacing: Select the correct rear spacing for the application
- Disc Brake Option: Choose the correct disc-brake or non-disc rear wheel configuration
- Freewheel: Select the freewheel required for the customer's drivetrain
- Torque Arms: Must be installed where required for safe rear hub motor installation

Not Compatible With:
- Rear thru-axle frames
- Weak or damaged rear dropouts
- Rear frames with spacing that does not match the selected wheel configuration
- Brake setups that do not match the selected disc-brake or non-disc wheel configuration
- Drivetrain setups that do not match the selected freewheel
- Frames without a safe and secure battery mounting solution
- Bottom brackets incompatible with the selected pedal-assist system

Installation
The E-BikeKit Rear Wheel Conversion Kit (Battery Included) is intended for dealer installation or experienced bicycle mechanics.
- Confirm that the selected motor wheel matches the frame's rear dropout spacing
- Install the selected freewheel and confirm proper drivetrain alignment
- Confirm disc-brake or non-disc brake compatibility before final installation
- Install the motor wheel into the rear dropouts
- Install torque arms and tighten axle hardware properly
- Mount the external SINET™ controller securely
- Install the included battery cradle in a structurally appropriate location
- Install and secure the included 48V 15Ah battery
- Confirm correct battery polarity and connector installation before connection
- Install the display, throttle, brake levers, and selected pedal-assist system
- Route wiring away from moving parts, heat sources, and sharp edges
- Verify brake cutoffs, throttle operation, pedal assist, drivetrain clearance, battery retention, and display settings before riding
