Refund policy


Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

Buyers may return any undamaged and unused kit and/or batteries plus all contents of the kit and/or batteries within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee per kit and/or battery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an order is canceled before it has shipped and payment has already been made via credit card, we reserve the right to deduct the transaction fees charged by our merchant service provider or credit card company from the refund amount.

Once an order has shipped and is in transit, any cancellation will be treated as a return. In such cases, shipping charges, both outbound and return, will be the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be issued minus these charges and any applicable restocking fees.

All returns for repair or replacement should be preceded by contacting E-BikeKit for approval. Upon approval, a ticket will be opened to track and communicate the progress of the claim.

Please note all shipping charges related to returns or repairs covered under warranty are the buyer's responsibility.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 2 days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please allow 3–6 business days from the time a refund is issued for the credit to appear on your credit card.
