Built around the latest SINET™ electronics, this system delivers quiet sine-wave motor control, refined throttle response, smooth pedal-assist performance, and an intuitive full-color display. The controller is integrated into the battery cradle, creating a cleaner layout with fewer external components. This front wheel system is designed specifically for standard 100mm front fork spacing.

Every E-BikeKit Front Wheel Conversion System (Integrated Controller) includes:

Select your preferred pedal assist system:

  • Cadence Sensor: PAS sensor with split magnet disc
  • Bottom Bracket Torque Sensor: 68mm torque-sensing bottom bracket with required extension cable

Display Mounting Note:

This system does not include a Topeak® BarXtender or other LCD display mounting extension. Most standard bicycle installations mount the display directly to the handlebars. Some bicycles and many adult tricycles may require an extension to properly position the display due to baskets, handlebar shape, or steering geometry. If required, the installer must supply an appropriate display mounting solution.

SINET™ Integrated Battery & Controller System

The Integrated Battery & Controller version combines the battery, controller, and battery cradle into one clean assembly. This reduces external wiring, simplifies installation, and creates a more professional factory-style appearance.

Compatibility

The E-BikeKit Front Wheel Conversion System (Integrated Controller) is designed for installation on compatible bicycles, adult tricycles, cargo bikes, and specialty cycles with standard 100mm front fork spacing.

Requirements:

  • Standard 100mm front fork dropout spacing required
  • Steel forks are recommended; aluminum forks require properly installed torque arms
  • Compatible with disc or rim brake front fork setups, depending on the selected wheel and bicycle configuration
  • Torque arms must be installed where required
  • Integrated battery/controller cradle must be mounted securely using an appropriate mounting location
  • Verify bottom bracket compatibility when selecting the torque sensor option

Not Compatible With:

  • Front thru-axle forks
  • Weak or damaged fork dropouts
  • Suspension forks not designed or approved for hub motor installations
  • Frames without a suitable location to securely mount the integrated battery/controller cradle
  • Bottom brackets incompatible with the selected pedal assist system

Installation

The E-BikeKit Front Wheel Conversion System (Integrated Controller) is intended for dealer installation or experienced bicycle mechanics.

  • Install the motor wheel into standard 100mm front fork dropouts
  • Install torque arms and tighten axle hardware properly
  • Mount the integrated battery/controller cradle securely
  • Install the 48V 15Ah battery into the integrated cradle
  • Install the display, throttle, brake levers, and selected pedal assist system
  • Route wiring away from moving parts and sharp edges
  • Verify brake cutoffs, throttle operation, pedal assist, battery fitment, and display settings before riding
