Built around the latest SINET™ electronics, this kit delivers quiet sine-wave motor control, refined throttle response, smooth pedal-assist performance, and an intuitive full-color display. It is designed specifically for standard 100mm front fork spacing and requires a compatible customer-supplied battery.

Kit Contents
Every E-BikeKit Front Wheel Conversion Kit (No Battery) includes:
- USA hand-built 100mm front geared hub motor wheel
- External SINET™ sine-wave controller
- SINET™ 3.5" full-color LCD display
- SINET™ main wiring harness
- Thumb throttle
- Left and right mechanical e-brake levers with motor cutoff and parking lock
- Main motor cable
- Installation hardware, washers, and zip ties
Select your preferred pedal assist system:
- Cadence Sensor: PAS sensor with split magnet disc
- Bottom Bracket Torque Sensor: 68mm torque-sensing bottom bracket with required extension cable
Battery Required:
- This kit does not include a battery or charger.
- A compatible customer-supplied 36V or 48V battery is required.
- The battery must be compatible with the selected SINET™ controller configuration.
- The installer is responsible for providing a suitable battery mount and connection method.
Display Mounting Note:
This kit does not include a Topeak® BarXtender or other LCD display mounting extension. Most standard bicycle installations mount the display directly to the handlebars. Some bicycles and many adult tricycles may require an extension to properly position the display due to baskets, handlebar shape, or steering geometry. If required, the installer must supply an appropriate display mounting solution.
SINET™ External Controller
The external controller design is intended for builders who want maximum flexibility when choosing battery location, battery style, mounting arrangement, or future upgrades. It is well suited for custom conversions, replacement systems, and applications where controller access and serviceability are important.

Compatibility
The E-BikeKit Front Wheel Conversion Kit (No Battery) is designed for installation on compatible bicycles, adult tricycles, cargo bikes, and specialty cycles with standard 100mm front fork spacing.
Requirements:
- Standard 100mm front fork dropout spacing required
- Steel forks are recommended; aluminum forks require properly installed torque arms
- Compatible with disc or rim brake front fork setups, depending on the selected wheel and bicycle configuration
- Torque arms must be installed where required
- A compatible customer-supplied battery and secure mounting system are required
- Verify bottom bracket compatibility when selecting the torque sensor option
Not Compatible With:
- Front thru-axle forks
- Weak or damaged fork dropouts
- Suspension forks not designed or approved for hub motor installations
- Incompatible, damaged, or under-rated batteries
- Bottom brackets incompatible with the selected pedal-assist system

Installation
The E-BikeKit Front Wheel Conversion Kit (No Battery) is intended for dealer installation or experienced bicycle mechanics.
- Install the motor wheel into standard 100mm front fork dropouts
- Install torque arms and tighten axle hardware properly
- Mount the external SINET™ controller securely
- Install a compatible customer-supplied battery using an appropriate mounting system
- Confirm correct battery polarity, connector compatibility, and voltage before connection
- Install the display, throttle, brake levers, and selected pedal-assist system
- Route wiring away from moving parts and sharp edges
- Verify brake cutoffs, throttle operation, pedal assist, battery connection, and display settings before riding
